No. 4 of 2001

AN ACT to provide for the services of Antigua and Barbuda for
the year ending on the 3 1st day of December, 2001.

[ 19th April, 2001 ]

ENACTED by the Parliament of Antigua and Barbuda as
follows-

1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation Act, 200 1. Short title.

2. The issue from the Consolidated Fund of the sum of five Issue of five
hundred and eleven million, eight hundred and thirty-two
thousand, six hundred and seventeen dollars ($5 11,832,617.00)
is authorized in order to meet expenditure for the services of
Antigua and Barbuda in respect of calendar year ending on the
thirty-first day of December, 2001, under the Heads of Expen-
diture specified in the Schedule; and the sum specified in the
Schedule opposite a numbered and named Head is appropriate
out of the sum of five hundred and eleven million, eight hundred
and thirty-two thousand, six hundred and seventeen dollars
($51 1,832,617.00) for the purpose specified in relation to that
numbered and named Head in the Estimates for the year 200 1.

payment-how 3. The Accountant General is authorized and required from
made time to time upon the order or warrant of the Minister of

Finance, to pay the sums appropriated in the Schedule to the
several services and purposes mentioned, as the order or war-
rant directs out of the Consolidated Fund without further order
or formality.

Commencement 4. This Act is deemed to have come into operation on the first
day of January, 200 1
