No. 24 of 2004

AN ACT to provide for the services of Antigua and Barbuda
for the year ending on the 31st day of December, 2005.

[Published in the Oflcial Gazette Vol. XYIV No. 95
dated 30th December, 20041

ENACTED by the Parliament of Antigua and Barbuda as
follows -

1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation 040. 2) Act, Short title and
2004 and shall come into operation on the 1st January, 2005.

2. The issue from the Consolidated Fund of the sum of four
hundred and sixty-eight million, nine hundred and ninety-two
thousand, two hundred and twenty-one dollars
(5468,992,221.00) is authorized in order to meet expenditure
for the services of Antigua and Barbuda in respect af calendar
year ending on the thirty-first day of December, 2005, under
the Heads of Expenditure specified in the Schedule; and the
sum specified in the Schedule opposite a numbered and named
Head is appropriated out of the sum of four hundred and sixty
eight million, nine hundred and ninety-two thousand, two hun-
dred and twenty-one dollars ($468,992,22 1.00) for the purpose
specified in relation to that numbered and named Head in the
Estimates for the year 2005.
