No. 3 of 2004
AN ACT to provide Development Fund for the year ending
on the 31st day of December, 2004.
[ 29th April, 2004 ]
ENACTED by the Parliament of Antigua and Barbuda as
follows -
1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (Development Short title.
Fund) Act, 2004.
2. The issue from the Development Fund of the sum of
ninety-six million, five hundred and ninety-four thousand, one
hundred and eighty-three dollars ($96,594,183.00) is authorized
for meeting expenditure forAntigua and Barbuda in respect of
calendar year ending on the thirty-first day of December, 2004,
under the Heads of Expenditure specified in the Schedule, ahd
the sum specified in the Schedule opposite to a Head is
appropriated out of the sum of ninety-six million, five hundred
and ninety-four thousand, one hundred and eighty-three dollars
($96,594,183.00) for the purpose specified in relation to that
Head in the Development Estimates for the year 2004.

3. The Accountant General is authorized and required from Payment - how

Commencement. 4. This Act is deemed to have come into opereon on the first
day of January, 2004.
