ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA

No. 17 of 2003

AN ACT to amend the Antigua and Barbuda Merchant Ship-
ping Act, Cap. 28.

[ 31st December, 2903 ]

ENACTED by the Parliament of Antigua and Barbuda as
follows -

1. This Act may be cited as the Antigua and Barbuda Mer- Short title.
chant Shipping (Amendment) Act 2003.

2. Section 9 of the Antigua and Barbuda Merchant Shipping Amendment of
Act is amended in section 9 by the insertion after paragraph 9.

(iv) of section 9 (1) (a) the following -

"(v) an external company registered or continued un-
der the Companies Act." - NO. 18 of 1995.
