THE ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA LABOUR CODE (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2011

No. 8 of 2011

AN ACT to amend the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Code, Cap. 27 and for incidental and connected
purposes.

ENACTED by the Parliament of Antigua and Barbuda as follows:

1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Code (Amendment) Act, 2010 and shall
come into operation on a date that the Minister may, by Notice published in the Gazette, appoint.

2. Interpretation

In this Act “the principal Act” means the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Code, Cap. 27.

3. Amendment of section F3

The principal Act is amended in section F3 by repealing paragraph (g) and substituting the following—

“(g) a national of a Member State who has been granted entry into Antigua and Barbuda in
accordance with section 4 or section 5 of the Caribbean Community Skilled Nationals Act,
1997.”
