THE ALIENS RESTRICTION ACT

Arrangement of Sections
Section

1. Short title.
2. Aliens not to act as masters of ships registered in Antigua

and Barbuda.

ALIENS RESTRICTION

(21st October, 1929.) 1311929.

1. This Act may be cited as the Aliens Restriction Act. short title.

2. No alien shall act as master, chief officer, or chief Aliens not to act
as masters of

engineer of a merchant ship registered in Antigua and Bar- ships registered
buda or as skipper or second hand of a fishing boat registered in Antigua and

Barbuda. in Antigua and Barbuda except in the case of a ship or boat
employed habitually in voyages between ports outside
Antigua and Barbuda.

3. Any person who acts in contravention of this Act Penalty- . -
or who aids or abets any person in any contravention of this
Act shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not
exceeding one thousand dollars or to imprisonment, with
or without hard labour, for a term not exceeding six months,
r to both such fine and imprisonment.
