CHAPTER 10

THE AERODROMES ACT

(17th June, 1952.)

This Act is repealed by section 38 of the Civil Aviation Cap. 86.
Act but by subsection ( 2 ) of that section all laws and
instruments made under this Act and in force in Antigua
and Barbuda immediately before the commencement of the
Civil Aviation Act shall, in so far as they are not inconsist-
ent with the Civil Aviation Act, remain in force as if made
under this Act with such adaptations, modifications and
qualifications as may be necessary for the purpose and shall
accordingly be subject to amendment or revocation by regula-
tions made under the Civil Aviation Act or as may other-
wise be authorised by the powers conferred by that Act.
